Which Would YOU Rather Read?

Which would you rather read about? Kim Kardashian changing her hair color back to brunette or How herd immunity is disappearing due to the scare of vaccines causing Autism? Would you rather your political news be interrupted for super important things like Justin Beiber's drunken antics or would you prefer they save that news until after the politician being interviewed is finished? Which are you most likely to read: The Inquirer or Time Magazine? 

Why are we so fascinated by the lives of the rich and famous and would rather follow what is going on in their lives rather than be informed about what is going on in the world? Is it simply the entertainment value? Is it the fact that, often, real news is hard to swallow. It can be pretty depressing at times. I have nothing against those who want to know what "Snookie" is up to or which Kardashian is pregnant, but it is important that we pay attention to what is really going on in the world. It's important to think about these things and to weigh in on them, because THESE are the things that should really matter to you, your family, your city, your state, your nation, and your world. Make sure you know what laws are being made that affect you and voice your opinion about them.
